(1) Information you give us when you contact us by email, phone or similar (name, email address, phone number, the content of your enquiry, etc.).
(2) Technical data automatically processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver and secure the site (IP address, browser type, URL visited, date and time, etc.).
This site currently does not use a submitting contact form, cookies, analytics tools or advertising tags. If we introduce any of these, we will update this policy.
3. Purposes of use
To reply to and communicate about your enquiry, to provide the real-estate sales, development and management services you request, to meet legal obligations (including the Real Estate Brokerage Act), and to operate the site securely and prevent unauthorised access. We do not use your information for other purposes.

We do not provide personal data to third parties without your consent except where permitted by law. We may outsource tasks such as email (Google Workspace) and website delivery (Cloudflare) to service providers to the extent necessary, and we supervise them appropriately.

The providers above (e.g. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc., based in the United States) may process information on servers outside Japan. We confirm that they maintain systems meeting APPI standards. We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal data, including access control, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and staff training.
